Passengers pay fares via QR or NFC from the app or a rechargeable card, check their balance and see nearby buses in real time.
On board, the PQ18 validator charges the fare and syncs to the cloud. Operators manage revenue, fleet, routes and fares from a single dashboard with auditable transactions.
Architecture: passenger app in Flutter, validator app in Kotlin, Python API and PHP admin panel. Data lives in MySQL, with Firebase Realtime Database powering real-time tracking.
